Synopsis
Kostya, an independent, ebullient child, attends a Pioneer Organization summer camp. The personnel find him uncontrollable, however, and he is sent home. Undaunted, Kostya secretly returns to the camp and has himself hidden by his friends. Their mischief nearly ruins visitors' day until the kindly camp director intercedes.
