Synopsis
A British gang of thieves hire an American safecracker whom they have never seen to aid them in a robbery. Upon the safecracker's arrival in London, however, the police arrest him on a previous charge and then engage Rick Hogan to take his place in prison. As expected, the thieves arrange a jailbreak and take Hogan to the hideout of Vic Farlow and his seductive wife, Sabina. The conniving woman murders her husband and implicates Hogan in the crime, but he evades capture and takes refuge with a friendly woman, Maudie. He contacts Drake, the mastermind behind the safecracking plot, but not before giving Maudie information for the police. Once the safe has been opened and valuable government files have been stolen, Drake makes plans to kill Hogan and leave the country with Sabina. But they are apprehended by Scotland Yard, and Hogan establishes his true identity.
