Synopsis
VIOLENCE: After spending a dull evening with boorish friends, Marco and Luisa leave the party. On their way home they are assaulted by a group of teenagers. Marco is attacked and restrained while Luisa is raped. They return home and pretend that nothing happened. LOVE: After a formal ball, a group of people dance sensually atop a bridge. One of the guests, Lucia, attempts suicide. In the hospital, she is comforted by the attractive Anna, who is aroused by Lucia's husband, Roberto. Lucia dies; and Roberto, who feels guilty because of his attentions to Anna, calls in vain to Lucia.
