Synopsis
Punch, a reporter for a weekly magazine, helps her dancer friend Senti obtain a booking for an international tour whose first stop is Hong Kong. Pinch, their wealthy and impetuous playgirl friend, reproaches them for not asking her along and, just before the boat leaves, walks into their cabin carrying a suitcase full of money, but without a ticket or passport. Enroute, the girls meet a wealthy Chinese gentleman who promises to help them in Hong Kong. Punch and Senti smuggle Pinch through customs in a suitcase, but they soon discover that the promoter of Senti's tour has absconded with all their money and their Chinese friend is only the secretary to a wealthy gentleman. Senti and her troupe make their scheduled performance, and the wealthy gentleman spots Senti from the audience. Through his secretary, he offers to make her his 13th concubine. Indignant at his suggestion, Punch threatens to publish his photograph and an article on him in her magazine, and he relents, offering the girls anything they wish. To his surprise, they insist that he allow his son to marry the woman he loves, a nightclub singer. The three return to Japan when their parents notify the Japanese Consulate of their absence.
