Synopsis
After being raped by her stepfather, a young woman becomes a New York playgirl, selling cigarettes in a nightclub. She moves in with a young male doctor, who arranges intimate sessions between young women and government officials. One of his "patients," a state department official, refuses to do special favors when threatened by the doctor. A national scandal occurs when the official attacks the playgirl.
