Synopsis
Because pets are forbidden in their apartments, children create a zoo in the garden of an abandoned manor house which turns out to be the retreat of a trio of jewel thieves. Aided by their animals, the children apprehend the robbers. In recognition of this feat, the manor is converted into a youth center and zoo.
