Synopsis
As a special rocket missile with a secret data capsule is fired from Cape Canaveral, a spy ring plots its course by means of technical information received from a contact. Unknown to the spies, the Air Force, the CIA, and the FBI have been aware of the conspiracy and have been supplying false information through their own plants. To further confuse the enemy, a dummy capsule is dropped into the area where the spies are searching. The conspirators retrieve their prize, unaware that the capsule contains a miniature radio transmitter, which informs government agents of the spies' whereabouts. A chase develops over land and sea, highlighted by a murderous encounter with skin divers, a careening ride in a stolen sports car, and the frustrating pursuit of a small boy, who, upon discovering the capsule, scampers off with it. The government agents eventually outwit the spies and bring them to justice.
