Notes
This was the first film produced by the Kitty Gordon Film Corp. It was made at the Blaché Studio in Fort Lee, NJ. According to an ad, it was to be released in November 1916, but there is no indication of any showings until a January 4, 1917 screening in New York, which was reviewed by Variety and Wid's. Variety noted that the theater failed to advertise producer, director or releasing company and speculated that this May have been because of the poor quality of the production. One source calls the actor who played "Herbert Carlton," Grant Hitchcock.
