Synopsis
After a year of marriage, Doris Kenyon grows restless and complains to her hard working husband, attorney John Allen, that he does not spend enough time with her. As a concession, Allen takes Doris to a cabaret where they meet several bohemian artists who invite Doris to visit their studio. She is found there one night by her husband, and a divorce follows their disagreement. Doris then marries the son of her husband's employer. When her new husband is accused of murder, his case is pleaded by Allen, who obtains an acquittal by placing the entire blame upon Doris. Afterwards, Allen learns of Doris' innocence and realizes his injustice to her. After a long search, he finally locates her, and begs her forgiveness. Doris consents, and the two decide to start life over together.
