Synopsis
Hiram Sloan, a wealthy steel manufacturer, goes to a sanitarium to rest and comes under the tutelage of the sanitarium's trainer, McFadden. Sloan is expecting to receive secret plans to build a submarine for the government and thus returns home to wait for their arrival, taking McFadden with him. Meanwhile, Billings, a secret enemy agent who has gone to the sanitarium looking for Sloan, arrives at the Sloan estate hoping to intercept the plans under the ruse of wanting McFadden to train him as well. Eventually Billings is captured and Sloan receives the plans. Billings' capture is expedited by McFadden who performs many feats of strength and daring.
