Synopsis

After betraying Lola, his stenographer, Bradley succeeds in casting guilt on his partner Collier, thus destroying Collier's romance with Mary. After Mary refuses to see him again, Collier goes West, and Bradley, seeking to ensnare the girl, sends himself a fake telegram saying that Collier has been killed. Shortly after Mary marries Bradley, he is found dead, after which Lola's father Tony is arrested for the crime. Soon after the arrest, Collier reappears and testifies that Bradley died by his own hand when, in combat with Collier, his gun accidently fired. Tony is freed, and Mary, having discovered Collier's innocence, pursues her interrupted romance.
