Synopsis
Julia Rider breaks her engagement to Larry Thorn after Larry has participated in a duel with one of his rivals for her affection. He goes to the wilderness and changes his clothes with a tramp, then builds a hut. There he meets Hazel, known as Will o' the Wisp, whose life he saves. A villain buys Hazel from her father, telling him that he intends to marry her, but Larry saves her from this fate as well. In a rampaging flood Larry tries to save both Hazel and the villain, but the villain dies.
