Synopsis
Cowboy Dan Dawson takes over the position of foreman of a ranch because the previous foreman is wanted by the sheriff. Dan becomes engaged to the rancher's daughter, but when they are about to marry, the girl refuses to proceed with the ceremony when she discovers that the minister is black. Later, the previous foreman disguises himself as a minister and performs a marriage ceremony. When his identity is revealed, he kidnaps the girl, after which Dan apprehends him and turns him over to the sheriff. Finally, the couple is married by a real minister.
