Synopsis

"Chick" Andrews and his three companions, after losing their jobs at the Holman ranch, get Mary Haynes, Uncle Billy Gray, and Mother Gray, ex-members of a traveling theater company, out of jail on Chick's I. O. U. To celebrate the Grays' 50th wedding anniversary, Chick takes them to the Holman ranch. There he ties up Amos Holman and his irresponsible son Gil to get them out of the way, and he tells his guests that the ranch is his. "Flush" Dyer and his henchman free Gil and, by threatening to expose him to his father as a check forger, persuade him to rob his father's safe and blame it on Chick. Amos, however, overhears the plot, Chick recovers the check, and Flush is arrested. In the end all are reconciled, Mary and the Grays come to live on the ranch, and a love affair develops between Chick and Mary.
