A Horse on Broadway

Wealthy ne'er-do-well Jeffrey gets drunk at a bachelor party and buys the animals in a vaudeville act. When he wakes the next morning, Jeffrey is astonished to find the animals, especially a performing horse named White Star, in his room. Jeffrey's family, eager for him to settle down, order him to get married or be disinherited. Although he is intrigued by the young woman who was in the vaudeville act, Jeffrey choses poverty. One day, the young woman is lured to a villain's bungalow but manages to escape. After tangling with both the villian and a debt collector, Jeffrey finally reconciles with his family and marries the young woman.
