Synopsis
The following scenes show aspects of places and people of Poland. Scenes of the Free City of Danzig include a Nazi parade. The new Polish port of Gdynia is shown, as are various shots of Warsaw. At Lowicz, peasant farming, folk dances, a village school and a religious procession are shown. At Krakow, the ancient palace and the university are shown, as is the Jewish ghetto and the conditions of the Jews living there. Marshal Pilsudski's Memorial Mound on the German frontier is shown. At Katowice, in Upper Silesia, a zinc mine, mills and a coal mine are shown, as are the living conditions of the miners. At Zakopane, a cable car goes over the mountains, and a school of lace making and wood carving is shown, as are scenes of the interior of a peasant home and dances of the mountaineers. The presentation of the baton to Rydz-Smigly, which makes him second Marshal of the country and its present leader is shown, followed by a demonstration of the Polish Army.

Although no confirmed release date has been found, evidence indicates that the film May have been released in 1938. This film was part of an illustrated lecture program by documentary filmmaker Julien Bryan, in which he would speak for ten minutes preceding the film and then supply live narration to the motion pictures. According to a booklet on Bryan, much of the March of Time newsreel on Poland (Vol. 3, No. 11) was compiled from Bryan's footage.
