Although no release date has been confirmed, evidence indicates that the film May have been released in 1938. This film was part of an illustrated lecture program by documentary filmmaker Julien Bryan, in which he would speak for ten minutes preceding the film and then supply live narration to the motion pictures. An advertisement for the film states, "Although intended primarily for Motion Picture Study Courses, this lecture is also appropriate as one of a series on literary and artistic subjects, and on such occasions Mr. Bryan's technical discussion of cameras, films, and lighting equipment is omitted."
