Synopsis
In this indictment of war, the actions of the profiteers and war lords that led to World War I are chronicled, as well as the developments that precipated World War II. Footage compiled of the hunger strikes in the United States and other countries that preceeded World War I, as well as President Franklin Delano Roosevelt's neutrality speech, the signing of the Munich Pact and Hitler's march into Austria is shown.

According to the Variety review, some of the stock footage used in this film also appeared in Samuel Cummins' 1933 film Forgotten Men . Cummins also produced a 1934 anti-war documentary Hitler's Reign of Terror which dealt with the same general topic.
