This film was produced by Juan J. Pablo for his New York City-based company, Hispano América Movitonal Films. Pablo, who was better known as the magician Li Ho Chang, also performed in the film, which was released in Mexico City early in January 1930. It is possible that the film's title was only used as an "umbrella" for a package of short films.
