Synopsis

While traveling west from Wyoming with his family, Tom Grey, a prospector, is killed by Indians and his son is taken captive. The widow remarries and inherits a stepson, Dick, who, at the urging of his half sister Mabel, sets off to find the missing son. Falling under the bad influence of Mike Clancy, the weak-willed Dick gambles away his allowance and tries to finagle money out of Mabel, who has joined Dick in the search. Taken with her earnest gentility, Jack Gordon, an honest gambler, aids Mabel in locating her lost brother, now called Little Bear. Dick also hears of Little Bear's identity and attempts to kill him to secure a larger share of the family inheritance, but Jack saves the Indian and foils the plot. Before Mabel and her brother are reunited, however, Dick and Mike kidnap each sibling separately and Jack, Mabel and Little Bear must then execute heroic rescues and battle angry Indians.
