Synopsis

In Berlin, both U. S. and Russian agents are trying to discover the formula for a death ray perfected by a now deceased Nobel Prize winning scientist. Both sides have reason to believe the secret lies with his daughter Paula, though she insists she knows nothing. When she is abducted by the Russians, American agent Bert Morris is ordered to find her. The American chief of intelligence is unwittingly supplying the Soviets with information, for in the course of surgery for the replacement of his blinded eye, the Russians succeeded in placing a minute transmitting telecamera in the false eye and therefore are able to follow his every movement. Meanwhile, Bert has rescued Paula but loses her to the enemy again. American intelligence uncovers "the eye spy" and through it feeds false information to the Russians; and in the resulting confusion Morris and Paula make their way to safety. It is discovered that Paula's father had the death ray formula tattooed on her head, where it has been hidden by her hair.
