Synopsis
Kasama, a prominent Tokyo industrialist, hires young detectives Kyoto and Sugita to find his missing daughter. They learn that an unsavory circle of friends had brought the girl into contact with Takami, a powerful nightclub owner. Kyoto infiltrates Takami's organization; she submits to his embraces and is eventually delivered to a special client to be used as a subject in a series of bizarre sexual experiments. The detectives learn that Takami operates a large narcotics ring, which is headed by a mysterious masked man. Together, the men abduct, rape, and torture young women, addict them to heroin, and force them to work as prostitutes; Kasama's daughter is one of their unfortunate victims. Kyoto escapes with the help of an international narcotics agent, and while Tokyo police round up members of the gang, she joins Sugita in exposing Kasama as the mysterious head of the racket. Ruined, the industrialist learns to his horror that he [or his organization] has raped, drugged, and prostituted his own daughter.
