Synopsis

American neurobiologist John Coleman discovers an antidote for nerve gas, and shortly afterwards, he mysteriously disappears along with one of his daughters, Suzanne. The only link with Coleman is a stranger who tried to see him shortly before his disappearance. Coleman's other daughter, Kathy, persuades her husband, Phil, to fly with her to Mandoras to look for her father when the stranger is killed and the address of a hotel on the Caribbean island of Mandoras is found in his pocket. Once on the island, they meet a native, Camine, who informs them that the island is controlled by former members of the German High Command who fled there after the collapse of the Third Reich. The Germans are led by the severed head of Adolf Hitler (which has been kept alive by means of artificial organs) and plan to conquer the world with nerve gas. Kathy disappears and Phil is arrested on a false charge of assassinating the minister of peace. He is taken to the palace of the president where he finds Coleman, both daughters, and the president being held prisoner by the Germans. Camine leads a revolt by local Mandorans, liberates the Americans, destroys the German stronghold, and kills the head of Hitler.
