Synopsis
Gary, a Hollywood talent scout, and seven showgirls, the only survivors of an airplane crash, become stranded on a remote Pacific island and find the dead body of a research scientist entangled in a huge spider's web. Gary is bitten by a giant spider and becomes a bloodthirsty monster. He terrorizes the women and brutally murders one of them. The dead scientist's two assistants, Joe and Robby, are dropped off on the island by a steamer. They find their superior's corpse and radio for help. A celebration follows, at which Robby makes love to a number of the women. He wanders off and is discovered dead. Meanwhile, Joe and the women track down the monster in the jungle, encircle him with flaming torches, and force him to his death in quicksand. Soon afterwards, a rescue ship arrives to take the survivors back to civilization.
