Synopsis
Dain, a mysterious inventor who calls himself "The Ghost," develops a radio from which he can listen in on conversations anywhere. He uses this device to help Scotland Yard capture the notorious Black Pearl gang, as well as the gang leader's daughter, Mercia, for himself.
