Synopsis

Unknown to the residents of Glory, their town is situated on a valuable oil deposit. Oil magnate James Strong dispatches his attorney, Richard Graham, to Glory to secure the rights to the property and while there, Graham marries and then deserts June, a young girl. Discovering that she is pregnant, June goes to the neighboring town where she gives birth to a daughter. Unable to support the child, June abandons the baby on the doorstep of the hotel owned by Louis Bohn and Mike Plotts who adopt the infant and name her Glory. Years pass, and Glory, now grown to womanhood, meets and falls in love with Strong's son Tom. When Strong's oil company decides to take possession of the property at Glory, a fight ensues, resulting in Tom siding with the residents of Glory. The case is brought to trial before Richard Graham, who has risen to the post of judge. Graham dismisses the case, but Tom decides to intervene and steals papers relative to the trial. This forces Graham and Strong to reconsider and make restitution to the people of Glory. Their property restored, the residents of Glory, including Glory and her new husband Tom, settle down to a peaceful life.
