Synopsis
Biograph summary: A young girl is looking into a shop window. A farmer strolls by and speaks to her, and being impressed with her attractions fills her arms with apples, which he has in his pockets. A policeman enters, and the "Rube" also gives him an apple. Thinking that he has "fixed" the policeman, the farmer attempts to kiss the girl. She drops the apples, however, and slaps his face heartily, the policeman looking on and enjoying the scene.
