Synopsis
Jeff Danis is a 48-year-old gay man. He has always dreamed about having a child, but never thought it could be a reality, until now. This film follows Jeff on his journey through the adoption process, which ultimately leads him to an orphanage in Vietnam. Jeff has to overcome several obstacles, from a partner who is less than thrilled to a homophobic Vietnamese bureaucracy. In the end, Jeff reconciles with his partner of 15 years and brings home "Joe," a beautiful baby boy.
