Synopsis
In this modern take on the Robin Hood tale, Robin is a social worker in Oakland, California who sees the oppression of society's underprivileged and feels constrained by social service bureaucracy in her efforts to make a difference. When Robin meets Brooklyn, a sexy, French-speaking, flower-wielding thief, she finds herself lured by the opportunity to break the rules by which she has felt bound. Love ignites during the ensuing whirlwind of robbery, philanthropy, and shifting mythological identities, putting Robin and Brooklyn's lives--and love--on the line.
