Synopsis
One society's struggle to endure post-Soviet transition to capitalism seen through culture clash, disconnections and blackouts. In Tbilisi, the former Soviet Republic of Georgia, an American multi-national company tries to train the formerly Communist populace that they must now pay for their electricity, while the Georgians devise ever more clever ways to steal it.
