Brief Synopsis
16-year-old Jamie Duncan was born a selkie- half-human, half-seal -and whenever he's in water he transforms. But Jamie doesn't want to be a selkie, he just wants to be an ordinary boy, and so he seeks the help of Loopy Laura, an old woman who haunts the seafront.
