Synopsis
Documentary about the making of the Brazilian film classic "Limite" by Mario Peixoto. In 1931, at the age of only 21, Peixote made "Limite," which is regarded as one of the most significant films in the history of Brazilian cinema. While making the film, Peixoto was approached by silent film diva Carmen Santos, who asked him to make a film that would ensure her eternal fame. The production went disastrously wrong, and Peixoto never made another film.
