Synopsis

Four artists believe that their talent and intelligence have given them the right to create their own moral laws. Samantha - the painter, Sheldon - the photographer, Taylor - the composer, and Venice - the writer, live together in a converted warehouse studio on the edge of the nightclub district. When an intelligent, yet naive young woman named Randi, comes to work with Samantha as her model, she expresses a desire to become an artist in her own right. Seizing upon this opportunity, the others decide to test a theory. Together, the four endeavor to prove whether artistic passion and talent are traits one is born with, or are they behaviors learned through social conditioning. Using Randi as their subject, the group puts their experiment in motion through a series of emotional and psychological manipulations. Unbeknownst to them, however, Randi has her own secret motives...
