Synopsis
Osijek 1968. Seventeen year old Tomo loves to row and is Osijek's favorite to win the rowing championship at the Junior Cup, which is to be opened by Josip Broz Tito in Osijek. However, talented as he is with his rowing, he has been concealing a physically handicap from everyone - including his physicians. But his luck has run out and he is admitted to hospital. The local town powers try everything within their power to ensure that Tomo will be able to row again. The pressure for the boy continues to mount when his father is arrested for suspicion of political dealings on the eve of the cup.
