Synopsis

Hoping to find out a little more about her Wisconsin neighborhood, director Sarah Price sets out with her camera and boom mike to interview the truly unique denizens of Caesar's Park in Milwaukee. Among others, she has a chance to meet: Richard Bridenbaugh, a compulsive photographer of useless images; tone-deaf and rapid tongued musician Charles T. Seales; and foul-mouthed but sentimental Polish war bride Genevieve Waranka. Interviewing her neighbors over a period of four years, Price is able to cover such diverse topics as voyeurism, the art of gardening, death and dying, and, most memorably, loneliness.
