Synopsis
A tribute to the first international superstars of the silver screen, Italian divas Borelli, Menicelli and Bertini. Through excerpts of 12 French and Italian silent films made from 1913 to 1920, the film explores how the scandalous on-screen behavior of the Italian film diva reshaped the concept of the sexually liberated woman.
