Synopsis
Alicia, a dedicated young militant, and Marcelo, who is interested only in sports and girls, meet at a rock concert in 1975. The time of Isabel Peron as head of government is over; the beginning of the military dictatorship is at hand. Their immediate attraction leads to a torrid romance, one cut short when Alicia decides her social commitment is more important than her feelings. Life continues; when they meet again, Marcelo is married with a baby, and Alicia now has a daughter. Marcelo's job has taken him to Madrid, and in this new city they begin where they left off. Yet this time their attraction is hampered by a hidden loyalty Alicia harbours for someone else. They meet once more, and their extended affair causes marital problems for Marcelo and his wife Claudia. In secret, Marcelo begins to see Alicia and care for her again, which ultimately breaks up his marriage.
