Synopsis
A sleepy country village is thrown into an uproar when kindly Mr. Prop arrives to claim his inheritance, an abandoned cottage at the edge of the woods. His new neighbor, unfortunately, is a nasty old witch who will not tolerate anyone living nearby. Spells start flying, the police chief becomes a toad and things look bad for poor old Prop. Good thing his trusty friend Berta, a delightfully talkative cow, is there to help him; together, they save the day by means of a little magic of their own.
