Synopsis
Sara, the daughter of a United States G.I., lives in the German town of Amerika, working at a factory. After finding out she's pregnant, she travels to across the recently dissolved East German border to Berlin, in order to have an abortion. Once there she ends up meeting an assortment of interesting characters, including U.S.-identified Hans who prefers to go by the name Jack, and goofy Russian emigre Stanislav.
