Synopsis

Adam and Asya have lived together in Tel Aviv since a tragic accident killed their 3-year-old son in London 13 years before. Silently unhappy, the couple have never recovered from the accident and their relationship with their teenage daughter Dafi has suffered because of it. One day young Frenchman Gabriel comes to town to visit his dying grandmother. Soon Asya and Gabriel have begun an affair that brings happiness to the entire family. Instead of feeling jealous, Adam is happy to see his wife smile once again. Asya, on the other hand, is convinced that Gabriel embodies the spirit of her dead son, now grown up. In the midst of all this confusion, daughter Dafi has begun her own romance with Palestinian Na'im. As the conflicts between Jews and Arabs threaten to overwhelm their relationship, the young couple prove to their parents the power of honesty and love.
