Synopsis
Archibald is a house painter hired for a job in Beverly Hills. He discovers that the mistress of the house Elaine left her husband JP while he was fighting in Vietnam, and he is now homeless and an alcoholic. Their daughter Tory secretly keeps in touch with her father, which Elaine is furious to discover. Archibald, a Vietnam veteran himself, sympathizes with JP and Tory and when events take a turn for the worse, he steps in to try and save JP's life, and the family's relationships.
