Synopsis
On the fringes of Taipei live an assortment of drifters and derelicts, homeless people sleeping rough in abandoned buildings or under bridges. The lynchpin of this non-community is A-Ming, an optimistic old man. One day A-Ming discovers an abandoned video camera and decides the home movie left inside is of his own granddaughter. Meanwhile, a tv reporter investigating the homeless befriends a young novelist assailed by inner voices.
