Synopsis
Following the exploits of Joe Butcher, fresh out of prison, bound for Tijuana and looking for his brother. What he seeks and what he finds are two completely different and surreal worlds. Finding his brother dead, "killed by a car," Joe tries to finds answers and instead uncovers a sordid snuff film business, a box of missing money and angry ex-partners. Diving into a dark, swirling world of alcohol and debauchery, Joe almost manages to evade his pursuers while piecing together the puzzle of his brother's curious story.
