Synopsis
A quiet examination of the nationalistic fervor that erupted Stateside during the Gulf War. The war impacts a number of New Mexicans, directly and indirectly. Included are a Latino woman, Fernanda Hussein, who is searching for her missing children; a disillusioned Santa Fe teenager fighting to change what he sees as irresponsible attitudes about the war; and a returning soldier who finds himself irrevocably changed by what he witnessed during his time in the Gulf.
