Synopsis
Its the worst economic depression since the 1930s and the there is a war brewing between three political factions: the John Wayne Institute, the Psychotic Weaklings and Shirley Pimple. Shirley Pimple used to represent the John Wayne Institute but since she's hit puberty her rebellion has thwarted the Institute's ideological indoctrination through tap dance lessons. She's become a "bad dancer" and just isn't the right type of role model anymore. While her Fairy Godmother thinks she just needs a dog, Shirley decides to become her own institution and rid the world of evil fascists and ideological police.
