Synopsis
Linda De Leon is a funny, bright, confident and independent Cuban-American woman whose biggest fear is losing her identity in the name of love. After her father abandoned her family when she was nine, Linda vowed to stay away from Latino men and to concentrate on supporting herself. Now as an adult she has a successful cable-tv talk show and an Anglo boyfriend who treats her as his equal. Only problem is that she isn't head over heels in love with him -- which she quickly realizes when a handsome Latino firefighter is summoned to put out a studio blaze, but ends up lighting her fire.
