Synopsis
An ironic and melancholic comedy concerning the trials of adolescent life which centers itself around two on-again off-again buddies, Shinji and Masaru, who encounter failure and defeat as they try to pursue their dreams, after roughing it through high school. Not unlike most of their peers, Shinji and Masaru's fates illustrate the crushing shortage of hope and opportunity facing contemporary Japanese youth.
