Synopsis
A slice of contemporary ennui among a group of Taipei lowlifes. Led by a charismatic tatooed Taipei gangster named Kao, the wining, aimless band embarks on a journey into the highlands, on a mission to set up a short-term gambling den with Kuo's old friend--a fellow gangster, Hsi, with an extremely short fuse. However, the trip turns sour when plans go awry...
