Synopsis

A group of actors and their stage director oppose a plan to pull down a theater in Buenos Aires, while an old man fights corruption in the government management of pensions. Police brutality occurs on the streets. But what is really depressing the citizens of the city is a huge black cloud that literally hangs over them and has made it rain solidly for over 5 years.
