Synopsis
On Christmas Day 1999, Paris travel agent Francois is determined not to take part in all the millenium celebrations and rents a house on the isolated island of Les Sanguinaires for himself and several friends. The adventure gets off to a bad start when the caretaker on the island is five hours late for his appointment with Francois. The place has no heat, the bedding is all wet and Francois is furious. Becoming crankier with each passing day, by New Year's, Francois is ready to explode.
